These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of https://vexshop.net and to all purchases made through the website.

By accessing the website, creating an account, placing an order, or completing a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, Refund & Exchange Policy, Payment Confirmation Policy, and all other policies published on the website.

1. Business Nature

VexShop is an online digital products store operated by Vexilles L.L.C-FZ.

We provide digital gaming products, game top-ups, digital gift cards, software activation keys, digital accounts, and related electronic services.

Customers must read the product description carefully before placing an order, as the delivery method, delivery time, product restrictions, region compatibility, platform compatibility, and usage conditions may differ from one product to another.

2. Country of Domicile and Governing Law

United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile and the governing law is the local law.

Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.

3. Eligibility and User Accounts

Customers using the website who are minors / under the age of 18 shall not register as users of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his account.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration, checkout, and order processing is accurate, complete, and up to date.

VexShop shall not be responsible for delays, non-delivery, or wrong delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unclear information provided by the customer.

4. Product Descriptions and Customer Responsibility

The customer must carefully read the product name, description, region, platform, delivery method, activation requirements, and all product notes before placing an order.

For software keys, activation codes, game top-ups, gift cards, digital accounts, and other digital products, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the purchased product is compatible with the customer’s device, account, region, platform, and intended use.

Once a digital product, code, key, top-up, account information, or service has been delivered, used, activated, accessed, or transferred to the customer, the order cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded except in the cases clearly stated in our Refund & Exchange Policy.

5. Payments

Visa or MasterCard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.

The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the Transaction Receipt, and the amount charged to the card will be shown in your card currency.

The customer must pay the full order amount before the order is processed or delivered.

VexShop reserves the right to cancel, reject, hold, or refund any order if the payment is not completed, appears suspicious, requires verification, contains incorrect information, or cannot be fulfilled for any operational, technical, security, or compliance reason.

6. OFAC and Sanctioned Countries

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

VexShop reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or refund any order that may violate applicable laws, sanctions, compliance requirements, payment gateway rules, or banking regulations.

7. Order Processing and Delivery

All orders are processed according to the product type and the information provided by the customer.

Some digital products may be delivered instantly, while other products may require manual review, manual processing, supplier confirmation, identity verification, or additional information from the customer.

If the order requires manual processing and we have already started processing it with the supplier or service provider, cancellation may not be possible unless the order cannot be completed within the applicable delivery time stated for that product.

If a problem occurs due to missing, incorrect, or unclear customer information, the order may be placed on hold until the customer provides the required information.

8. Digital Codes, Software Keys, and Gift Cards

If the product is delivered as a code, key, voucher, or gift card, the customer must use or activate it as soon as possible after delivery.

If the delivered code or key does not work, the customer must contact VexShop support immediately and provide all required proof, screenshots, error messages, and any other information requested by the support team.

In some cases, the customer may be required to contact the original provider, platform, or manufacturer to confirm the activation status, activation date, region restrictions, or technical reason for the issue.

If VexShop confirms that the delivered digital product is defective, invalid, or different from the ordered product, VexShop may replace it or refund it according to the Refund & Exchange Policy.

9. Digital Accounts

If the purchased product is a digital account, the customer must change all available account information immediately after delivery, including email, password, recovery information, and any other security settings where applicable.

Once the account information has been delivered and the customer has accepted or accessed the account, the account becomes the customer’s responsibility.

VexShop is not responsible for any changes, loss, misuse, restriction, suspension, or access issue caused by the customer after delivery, including failure to secure the account properly.

10. Technical Issues

VexShop is responsible for delivering the purchased digital product according to the order details.

VexShop is not responsible for technical issues caused by the customer’s device, internet connection, platform account, region restrictions, unsupported devices, incorrect installation, wrong product selection, or violation of the original provider’s terms.

If the product itself is proven to be defective before use or activation, the customer may contact support for assistance according to the Refund & Exchange Policy.

11. High-Value and Suspicious Orders

For high-value orders, instant delivery products, or orders that appear unusual or suspicious, VexShop may request identity verification, payment verification, or additional information before delivery.

If the customer refuses or fails to complete the required verification, VexShop may cancel and refund the order through the original mode of payment.

12. Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Refunds, exchanges, and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Exchange Policy.

For digital products, refunds or exchanges are generally not available once the product has been delivered, used, activated, accessed, or processed, unless there is a confirmed issue caused by VexShop or the delivered product is proven to be invalid, defective, not delivered, duplicated, or different from the ordered product.

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depending on the issuing bank of the credit card.

13. Loyalty, Memberships, and Promotions

VexShop may provide loyalty programs, memberships, discounts, coupons, or promotional offers from time to time.

VexShop reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any loyalty program, membership, coupon, or promotional offer at any time, without affecting completed orders unless required by law.
